“My times are in your hands” – Psalm 31:15
The artist says on Vimeo:
I attempted to create a person in order to emulate the aging process. The idea was that something is happening but you can’t see it but you can feel it, like aging itself.

Cerniello told Mashable that the video is based around a friend, Danielle, and photographs of her cousins and relatives. After scanning the individual photographs, he searched for similarities in bone structure among the women.
Cerniello created a slow morph of these still in Adobe After Effects, and hired animators to add in blinks, mouth and neck gestures and camera movements. After a nuke artist smoothed out discrepancies in the hair and eyes and color corrected between skin tones, Cerniello finished the piece with eerie abstract music, composed by a friend, Mark Reveley.
“I was thinking a lot about death, having panic attacks for a while and I wanted to explore that, I guess,” says Cerniello. “It was my way of working through that time of my life.”
